[RASMB] AUC with RNA

Hi All,
A colleague has interested me in a project that may involve AUC  
measurements of RNA. I have good experience with measuring proteins  
but none with RNA. I'd greatly appreciate any information, through  
this forum or directly to my email, about working with RNA in the  
analytical ultracentrifuge particularly any special considerations  
that are different from protein work.
