[RASMB] FW: partial specific volume of RNA

Dear Allen-
I've not seen any tables based on nucleotide composition. In any case, it
is dependent on structure and buffer composition so that wouldn't be too
useful. We work a lot with synthetic RNA oligonucleotides and we typically
know the mass. So we can just measure the buoyant mass experimentally,
calculate the solvent density based on tabulated data and then calculate
vbar.
