[RASMB] everything sediments... some things float

Hi Holger,

	SEDANAL will handle floatation by specifying a negative sedimentation  
coefficient for the floating species. You will need to allow a  
negative value for s in the model editor as well as on the control  
screen.

Try it out first in the simulator.
