[RASMB] triton removal

Hi Emma,
I don't know how efficiently it can be removed, but there is a hydrogenated
version of Trition X100 available (Sigma 92046-34-9,
http://www.sigmaaldrich.com/catalog/search/ProductDetail/SIGMA/X100RS) that
does not absorb very much in the UV. The specs are for 0.5% solution OD277
< 0.25. That worked very well for us in the past for absorbance optical
detection in the AUC at 280 nm.
