[RASMB] Is possible to use rmsd value to estimate the limit of detection and limit of quantitation of aggregates?

Folks:

We are using Sedfit to analyze the SV data to quantitate the aggregate.
Does any one know whether the limit of detection (LOD) and limit of
quantitation (LOQ) can be estimated from the rmsd values from C(s) profiles
and how to do it? Thanks!
