[RASMB] sedimentation velocity in acetonitrile/water

Dear all,
I'd be happy to get any information/tips/comments about running and 
analyzing sedimentation velocity experiments of proteins in 
acetonitrile/H2O/TFA mixtures. Is this feasible at all? How to deal 
with compressibility issues? etc.
