[RASMB] AUC in PEG

Hi,

I am looking to do AUC of proteins in solutions of 10-30% PEG. Can  
anyone offer suggests on how to do this, or references to experiments  
done in similar conditions.

Some basic question I have are:

Do I have to consider the sedimentation of PEG?

What is the viscosity and density of my solutions? Can this be looked  
up/predicted, or must I measure it independently?

Are there any known concerns with doing SV or SE runs in PEG?

I'd appreciate any help you can offer!
