Molecular Interactions that Regulate DNA-Repair and Cancer Chemotherapy

Applications are invited for an NIH-funded postdoctoral position 
investigating the DNA- and protein-interactions of the human 
O6-alkylguanine-DNA alkyl transferase protein.  This protein plays an 
important role in the repair of alkylated DNA and is also a target of 
chemotherapeutic agents.  The current project includes preparation of 
recombinant proteins, characterization of their binding to target and 
non-specific DNAs, and analysis of their protein-protein interactions 
using a range of solution biophysical techniques.  To apply, send a
