[RASMB] Stuck screw ring

Dear all,

has anybody a good advice how to remove the upper screw ring from the 
cell housing? It got stuck so tightly that I can't remove it with the 
torque wrench. I'd like to save at least the centerpiece and the windows.

Grateful for every hint
