[RASMB] maximum smax in sedfit

Dear all,
What is the maximum smax that can be used in c(s) analysis ? I have tried
614s but the program crashed if smax is larger than that. So if one wants to
look at fairly large particle like John Philo did with adenovirus, sedfit is
not the good choice? Also, what would be the good rotor speed if one wants
to look at the particle size of 5-7MDa?  John Philo used 1200-3000 rpm for
150MDa. Thanks for any input.
