Postdoctoral Position: National Analytical Ultracentrifugation Facility



A postdoctoral position is available immediately to participate in the
development of new approaches for characterizing complex macromolecular
interactions by analytical ultracentrifugation.  We are developing an
integrated software package and new sample cell designs to facilitate
analysis of hetero-association reactions by sedimentation equilibrium.  The
candidate will also have the opportunity to apply these methods in
collaborative research studies of protein-protein and protein-nucleic acid
interactions.  Applicants must have a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline with a
strong background in computer programming and the application of numerical
methods to the analysis of experimental data.



The position is located in the National Analytical Ultracentrifugation at
the University of Connecticut. Interested individuals should send their
