[RASMB] Nonlin "hanging up"

Hello.

I have a question regarding the program "NONLIN" for analysis of AUC
equilibrium data. I am relatively new to the field of AUC but have used
this program before with no problem. However, with my most
recent data set, the program keeps "hanging up" (stops responding)
after I click on "Fit Data" after having input the edited data files (from
WinREEDIT) and after having clicked "Check All DeltaY, LnA, + Sigma". I
tested different suffixes and truncations forthese edited files, and have
been using only 3 of them (3 different concentrations at the same speed)
for these tests.

The only difference between these files and the ones I collected before
is the increase in the number of replicates (from 10 to 30) and a decrease
in the radial step size (from 0.003 to 0.001).

Has anyone experienced this problem before? If so, what did you do about
it. Am I missing something about the capabilities of WinNONLIN? Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
