[RASMB] Upgrade for UltraScan-III available

Dear Colleagues, 

We have released a new version for UltraScan-III. Everybody should upgrade
their UltraScan copy because of a format change in the Monte Carlo models.
In the latest release (1869), database transfers are significantly faster
for Monte Carlo models, and most database functions are much faster now,
especially if you have a lot of models in your LIMS database. All existing
Monte Carlo models in the LIMS instances have been converted to the
new format. The new format is only readable with the latest version of
UltraScan, older versions of UltraScan may produce errors in the integration
of solute peaks. Other model files are not affected.
