[RASMB] Partial Specific Volume of DNA

Dear all,

I found a summary on RASMB archive (Jul 1998) from Dave Scott/Olwyn 
Byron about the partial specific volume of DNA.
I was wondering if there is any update since then about how to calculate 
it.
I am analysing protein-G4 DNA quadruplex SAXS/AUC data and require the 
partial specific volume of DNA to refine models.
