[RASMB] solvent compatilibity

Would like to run AUC on samples that are in 50 % buffer (phosphate pH7) and 50 % acetonitrile.  100 % acetonitrile doesn't look too promising on the chemical resistance and flammability charts.  Any thoughts as to whether it is possible to work with this solvent system?
