[RASMB] cure for the hiccups

All,
As you may or may not remember, I was having a problem with absorbance
scans unexpectedly jumping up in absorbance at a particular radial
position. After a strategy huddle of several Beckman service reps,
our rep did the following:
1. Cleaned the rail.
2. Changed the radial motor potentiator.
3. Polished the cover of the PMT.
That seems to have solved the problem. Many thanks to all who wrote
with suggestions about the problem.
