[RASMB] s values of SDS

Hi Antje-
As I recall, in physiological salts, SDS have an M ~ 65000, are
spherical and a vbar of ~0.75. Since SDS is a polyelectrolyte, vbar is
solvent specific. Do you have interference optics? If so, measuring s
would be straight forward.
