[RASMB] Multiple wavelength data

Hi

I have a simple technical question.  Can I collect UV (<400 nm) and Visible
(>400 nm) data simultaneously for the same sample? There is a blocking
filter in the XL-A monochromator.  If I want collect AUC data at two
wavelengths 280 nm and 410 nm, which position should I choose? Parallel or
perpendicular to stem?
