[RASMB] DTT for equilibrium runs?

Debby,
in my experience, a few mM DTT has not really been a big problem in the
past. Yes, the baseline absorbance changes with time, and it's important
to account for that in the data analysis. With long-column sedimentation
equilibrium (4-5mm columns) and appropriate rotor speed that include close
to meniscus depletion, that's not an issue, though. TCEP is recommended by
many colleagues, but some colleagues here have made poor experience with it
for particular proteins. I have not tried it, yet.
