[RASMB] XLA run at 37 degrees

Hi Dean,

We have done velocity runs up to 40 degrees with good results using 
absorbance optics. The major drawback seems to be oil condensation which 
could settle on the windows and perhaps the slit. Condensation may be 
more problematic for equilibrium runs than shorter term velocity runs.
