_Job Description_
Study protein-protein and protein-small molecule interactions to support 
drug discovery. Use Analytical Ultracentrifugation, Surface Plasmon 
Resonance, Calorimetry, Light Scattering and other biophysical assays to 
select protein therapeutic agents and characterize protein targets. 
Characterize of protein structure, stability and aggregation state. 
Conduct quantitative analysis of protein interactions.  Collaborate in 
multidisciplinary drug discovery teams. Communicate results written and 
verbally to multidisciplinary team members.  Provide biophysical 
scientific leadership.

_Position Requirements_
Ideal candidate has a PhD in Biochemistry or related field, and two 
years of postdoctoral experience is preferred.  Biophysical 
characterization of protein-protein interactions using kinetic or 
equilibrium methods. Experience with analytical ultracentrifugation, 
surface plasmon resonance, or microcalorimetry would be an advantage. 
Protein purification experience would be an advantage. Effective verbal 
and written communication skills. A strong interest in drug discovery 
and protein therapeutics.
