[RASMB] Elevated temperature operation with a turbomoledcular pump.

Dear Walter and RASMBers,
We also suffer misting of the condenser lens when running at high-
ish temperatures, and also after long SE runs at 4degC, so the 
TMP sounds a brilliant idea that we would seriously consider. The 
improved fringe pattern stability is also very attractive.
