There is a readme file that lists the programs and some of their  features.  
Many deal with data analysis for other than AUC. The programs to  analyse 
self- and hetero-association sedimentation equilibrium include the  robust L1 
fitting metric shown by Lewis and O'Reilly to be optimal for XLA  absorbance data. 
 ProtCalc estimates a number of values from aa and sugar  composition.  One 
is, I believe, unique, the computation of the fringe  factor of a glycoprotein.
