[RASMB] glycosylation

Dear RASMBers,

We are studying a glycoprotein with an unknown number of attached  
sugar molecules. So far we have done both sedimentation velocity and  
equilibrium runs and the protein is quite well-behaved.

1. What (other than differences in buoyancy) are the pitfalls in  
analysis?
2. What are the best references for analysis of glycoprotein  
sedimentation data?
