[RASMB] SOMO update

Hi Everyone,

Following on from expressions of interest we have 
received from some of you we would like to advise 
you that since the programming of SOMO was 
undertaken by Nithin Rai and Marcelo Nöllmann 
(and since Nithin is currently working in an 
unrelated field) any questions you may have 
regarding the downloading, installing and running 
of SOMO should be directed to Marcelo 
(marcnol at calmail.berkeley.edu).
