[RASMB] New version of Sedanal (v3.45)

A new version of Sedanal (v3.45) has been deposited on the RASMB FTP site

It can be downloaded at 
ftp://alpha.bbri.org/rasmb/spin/ms_dos/sedanal-stafford/

There have been extensive improvements (and bug fixes) to both the 
fitter and the model editor.

A new users' manual in  both PDF and HTML format is included.
