[RASMB] new SEDPHAT version

Dear Colleagues,

This is to announce a new version of SEDPHAT 1.9.   It is a software for 
the global analysis of data from sedimentation velocity, sedimentation 
equilibrium, dynamic light scattering, and sw-isotherms.

It has been significantly extended, including functions for saving the 
state of the analysis, a new isotherm data type, customization of default 
parameters of the models, and many more features.  The website has also 
been improved with more detailed information on the general concept and 
typical workflow.
