Dear Jack, John, Ariel, Mei-Ling,

Thank you very much for your kind comments on the usage of NaF in solution.

I understand Jack's comment that pH is important and should avoid
low pH.  Accoridng to Mei-Ling,

     "A buffer containing NaF (0.1 M) and  5 mM sodium phosphate NaPO4, pH 7,
       had been used for equilibrium runs.  However, It is advised that one cleans
       the cell components right after the experiment."
