[RASMB] SedAnal Version 3.15

A new version of SedAnal (v3.15) is available from the RASMB FTP site.

The zip file contains the updated Users' Manual, ModelEditor v1.4, 
and SedAnal v3.15.

SedAnal 3.15 will do DCDT analysis, Wide Distribution Analysis, as 
well as fitting models to time difference data.

There are numerous enhancements.

A number of small bugs and irritating features have been eliminated.
