[RASMB] postdoctoral position available

POST-DOCTORAL POSITION IN BIOCHEMISTRY

A post-doctoral position is available in protein biochemistry at 
Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (Livermore, CA).  A currently 
funded project involves expression and physical characterization of 
polymorphic variants of disease-associated DNA repair and other 
proteins.  The project is part of a collaborative effort including 
computational and experimental biologists.  Experience in molecular 
biology, protein purification and biophysical techniques is 
desirable.  Requirements include a Ph.D. in Biochemistry or a related 
field, relevant laboratory experience and no more than 5 years of 
previous post-doctoral experience.  The position is funded for one 
year, with the possibility of renewal for a maximum of three years. 
Salary range: $3700-$4250/month depending on experience.
