[RASMB] Information on partial specific volume in PMAL (amphipathic polymers) detergents

Hi all,

We are planning to run a sedimentation equilibrium experiment on a protein
membrane.
The only way to successfully dissolve this protein is to use a PMAL
(amphipathic polymers) detergent.
One great advantage is that PMALs do not form micelles.

Does anyone had done some work using PMAL8 or any of the PMALs and has some
information on the partial specific volumes on these detergents ?
