[RASMB] Ultracentrifugation of liposomes

Dear RASMB,

Does anyone have any experience in the unltracentrifugation of liposomes? 
I am trying to determine the diffusion coefficient of liposomes in a 20%
ethanol solution and am considering using ultracentrifugation to obtain
the stokes radius.  I have been unable to find any literature on this
topic and I don't know if this technique is feasible.  Any help would be
appreciated.
