[RASMB] thanks: raptor drivers

Thanks to Brad Langhorst, Jeff Lary and John Philo who correspondingly 
stated that the raptor board does not require any drivers. It does need a 
certain interrupt, however, and it must be accounted for that Windows does 
not allocate that IRQ to another (PnP) device.
