[RASMB] SEDNTERP update

A minor update to SEDNTERP to fix a few bugs is now available as version
1.08. This update only eliminates some program logic flaws that could lead
to infinite loops (discovered by Walt Stafford) and some crashes from the
Sample Composition form (I found those). No changes in computations or
functionality are involved.

To update current installations use the file SDNUPDAT.EXE available from the
RASMB FTP site or at www.jphilo.mailway.com/download.htm#SEDNTERP

The new full installation file is SDTR0301.EXE, available at the same
locations.
