[RASMB] partial specific volume

Dear RASMB members,
We are doing some sedimentation equilibrium studies with an LH2 protein, 
and I wonder if anybody could help us with the partial specific volumes of 
two protein components:
bacteriochlorophyll a and neurosporene.
Any suggestion will be welcome.
