[RASMB] detergent for AUC

I am looking for a detergent that can be used in analytical ultracentrifugation
runs of a protein with absorbance detection at 280 and 230 nm. The protein is
currently purified in the presence of 0.1% NP 40 which has a strong UV
absorbance so that UV detection is not possible. Can anyone recommend a
replacement for NP-40? Thanks a lot.
