[RASMB] TAMRA

Dear all,

does anyone out there have experience in using TAMRA (Molecular Probes) 
coupled to proteins/peptides to detect homo- and heteroassociation using
absorption/interference/fluorescence? 

I am particularly interested in such parameters as stability in aqueous
solution, exctinction coefficient and refractive index increment. v-bar
would be nice as well, but for the moment I count on calculating this
using the tabulated group increments.

Any experience, warnings, comments are greatly welcome!
