<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Beckman-Coulter is offering introductory training on the ProteomeLab XLA/XLI analytical ultracentrifugation. This two and a half day course
</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#4C4C4C">introduces the students to basic AUC theory, sample preparation, and instrument set-up to support sedimentation equilibration and sedimentation velocity experiments. The raw data will be analyzed using the
widely used software packages SEDFIT, SEDNTERP, and GUSSI. A variety of applications will be discussed describing the novel solutions provided by AUC methods. This introductory course is useful for those who want hands-on sample preparation and analyses
as well as those who would like a general understanding of the utility and applications of this
</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">method. In addition, this course would be valuable to those who do not have an instrument but may need a basic understanding of analytical solutions this technique offers.
