There are quite a few additions since the last wide-release version, including but not limited to:<br>

1. A new module for c(s,ff0) distributions.<br>
2. Inset support for c(s) distributions.<br>
3. A broken y-axis option in the c(s) module.<br>
4. Simultaneous integration of all distributions in the c(s) module.<br>
5. Functionality for c(s) distributions of glycoproteins and membrane proteins.<br>
6. Residuals bitmaps in SV data-fit-residual plots.<br>
7. Support for reading SEDFIT list files.<br>
8. Making a movie from your SV data-fit-residuals plots.<br>
9. Pasting alternative fit lines from SEDPHAT into isotherms.<br>
10. An MST module.<br>
11. Updated documentation.<br>
12. Various bugfixes.<br>

In addition to a new GUSSI manual, there is a publication that describes GUSSI and explicitly covers the glyco/membrane protein calculations mentioned above: Brautigam, C.A., Methods Enzymol., Vol. 562, pp. 109-133.<br>
