OK, I got a nice fit on some data using <i><span style='font-style:italic'>Heteroanalysis</span></i>
for a system where the monomer is ~ 9K and Mw ~ 80 K. So now I would like
to calculate/estimate the concentrations of a range of oligomers, using
the resultant Ka and the input protein concentration. I can solve a
monomer-dimer equilibrium algebraically, possibly a monomer-dimer-trimer
but surely not a 9<sup>th</sup> degree polynomial. Are there numerical
methods? Better yet, software that will do the hard work for me? <o:p></o:p></span></font></li>
