New version of ELLIPS - suite of low resolution conformation (prolate,<BR>oblate and general ellipsoids) algorithms with graphics using hydrodynamic<BR>data, which works on any Windows platform.<BR>2. New version of COVOL - algorithm for predicting the 2nd virial<BR>coefficient B from the molecular weight, shape and valency of a protein<BR>(useful for the analysis of interacting systems that are thermodynamically<BR>non-ideal): works on any Windows platform.<BR>3. MACBEADS - 3D representation from user specifed coordinates of a<BR>hydrodynamic bead model: once created, the models can be manipulated by<BR>translation/rotation or by changes in orientation of selected domains. Works<BR>on any Apple Macintosh platform (OS8.6+, Classic under OS-X).</DIV>
