The upcoming Reversible Associations in Structural and Molecular Biology
Gordon Research Conference is just a couple of weeks away and there are
still some slots open. Please encourage your colleagues, and especially
students and post-doctoral fellows, to consider attending the meeting.
<br><br>
Additionally, thanks to many generous donations from the conference
benefactors, we should be able to provide about a dozen travel awards for
trainees (students or post-docs in academics, industry or government) to
defray their conference fees and/or travel costs. It is impossible to
make a specific or firm commitment right now, but if things proceed as
expected, we should be able to provide significant support for our
students. <br><br>
If you are a trainee, and wish to be considered for a travel award,
please send an Email message to me
(<font color="#0000FF"><u>edd@carb.nist.gov</u></font>) requesting
support and a short justification. Alternatively, if you know of a
trainee who has not considered registering for the meeting because of
financial difficulty, please encourage them to apply and to write to me
for some assistance. <br><br>
