<DIV>I am performing a series of sedimentation equilibrium experiments using the
6 cell centerpieces. For my analysis, I need to determine accurately the
radial position that corresponds to the bottom of each chamber in the
centerpiece. It seems straightforward to determine the miniscus of each
chamber, but I am not sure of the best way to go about determining the bottom of
each chamber. Any help, and especially any literature references will be
greatly appreciated.</DIV>
