<DIV><FONT size=2>The NCMH at Nottingham has 3 new posts: </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>1. Lectureship (tenure track) in Physical Biochemistry
(applications from hydrodynamicists are particularly encouraged!)</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>2. Postdoctoral Research Assistant (3 years) with the
grant:</FONT></DIV>
<DIV>NCMH Stage V: Molecular crowding and thermodynamic non-ideality prediction
for macromolecule-ligand interactions (BBSRC, 2003-2006), with Professor J.
King, School of Mathematics and Professor Don Winzor, University of
Queensland (this post will involve approximately 75% on tackling the
problem of non-ideality prediction from protein structure and measurement of the
2nd thermodynamic virial coefficient and maromolecular charge.</DIV>
<DIV>3. Postdoctoral Reserach Assistant (3 years), with the grant: Development
of Crystallohydrodynamics for the analysis of antibody conformation under
physiological conditions (EPSRC, 2003-2006), with Professor Paul O'Shea, School
of Biomedical Sciences, Professor Jose Garcia de la Torre, Murcia, Professor
Dennis Burton, Scripps, CA and Dr. Terje Michaelsen, Oslo. </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>The successful applicants for all 3 posts will be
expected to start between April and October.</FONT></DIV>
