[RASMB] sedimentation equilibrium reference

Hello RASMBers,

Can anyone please point me to good references which discuss sedimentation equilibrium on weakly interacting (Kd > 10 uM) system of proteins (i.e, hetero-association)? I'm mostly interested in learning about the determination of MW and/or stoichiometry of the fast-dissociating protein complexes and if it would be plausible using sedimentation equilibrium.
