[RASMB] Taylor Dispersion SPR instrument

Dear John,

I am advanced user of SPR technology and we work mainly with small
molecules and DMSO solutions.
Such instrument as a SensiQ may surely work in high throughput mode.
I am, however, not very convinced of the benefit of concentration gradient
in a single injection.
We did some evaluation of SensiQ instrument and I think that after
concentration
gradient in a single injection, you have to make so or so an additional
experiment to verify the results.
Some of the data we have collected during the evaluation were not properly
evaluated by the software.

Basically, after injecting of a single concentration in a standard SPR
experiment, you get also the feeling where the affinity is. So my opinion
is, that the benefit of the single injection is not so high as promised and
we have decided not to invest in a such instrument. I hope to help you, but
please keep in mind it is my personal opinion.
