Peter, I may be mistaken, but I think the modern Beckman preparative
centrifuges (the ones with a PC internally) may have software that does
those calculations.

Hi RASMB-ers

 

Centrifuge but not AU related - 

 

I need to set up  CsCl gradients with the greatest possible density
resolution in a narrow range (i.e. shallow gradient about a defined middle
value).  I'd like a facile way to model the gradients formed at different
rotor speeds and initial CsCl densities. Does anyone know of a program that
will allow me  to do this easily.
