[RASMB] NITPIC 1.0.0a bugfix

Hello to All,

Already with the bugs.

An astute NITPIC user found a bug in a seldom-used function; I have corrected it and placed it on the MBR software page (don't forget to hit refresh just in case you go to a cached page):  http://biophysics.swmed.edu/MBR/software.html

I recommend that all NITPIC users update to this version.  It should say version 1.0.0a in the splash screen, and have 15 May 2013 as the compile date.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks in advance for your bug reports and suggestions-they will only make the program stronger.
