[RASMB] IP data from cell3 - not recording

Dear All,
our instrument shows very strange behavior, and I was wondering if any
of you have experienced it before?
It "hangs" trying to record interference data from the cell #3 in a
4-hole rotor.
Collects normal data from cells 1 and 2. Absorbance works on all cells.
Also, everything works for the 8-hole rotor.
Any suggestion welcome.
