[RASMB] UltraScan-III new release available

Dear Colleagues:

A new release for UltraScan-III is available for download from:

	http://www.ultrascan.uthscsa.edu 

New versions for Windows, Macintosh and Linux (32-bit) are posted.

There are many new features and bug fixes in the latest
release. A detailed log can be found at:

	http://bcf.uthscsa.edu/~gegorbet/svnrevs-1207-1239.log

We urge everyone to upgrade to the latest version to take 
advantage of these fixes. 

If you find any bugs or problems with the software please
